This unique concept, rooted in the owner’s time in Miami and brought to life with locally sourced products, is searching for a hands-on BOH leader who thrives in a collaborative, team-first environment.

What we need
- A humble, team-focused leader willing to leave titles at the door
- Passion for food, service, and scratch-made cooking
- Strong BOH leadership experience with a willingness to step into FOH when needed
- Ability to collaborate with the culinary team to maintain consistency and creativity
Requirements
- 2–4 years of BOH leadership experience (Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, or similar)
- Valid driver’s license
- Basic understanding of Spanish (preferred for kitchen communication)
- Willingness to work one day per week at a sister location
- Flexibility to support both BOH and FOH operations when needed
