What we need

  • A humble, team-focused leader willing to leave titles at the door
  • Passion for food, service, and scratch-made cooking
  • Strong BOH leadership experience with a willingness to step into FOH when needed
  • Ability to collaborate with the culinary team to maintain consistency and creativity

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of BOH leadership experience (Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, or similar)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Basic understanding of Spanish (preferred for kitchen communication)
  • Willingness to work one day per week at a sister location
  • Flexibility to support both BOH and FOH operations when needed
