Vice President of Finance Resort
Vice President of Finance, Benefits and Compensation:
- Base salary in the $275K range, plus bonus.

Vice President of Finance Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of senior financial leadership experience within a 100M resort
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (advanced degree preferred).
- CPA designation required.
- Strong command of financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
- Exceptional communicator, able to translate complex data into actionable insight.
Vice President of Finance Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience in high-growth environments.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
- Proven track record of driving performance in complex financial settings.
