An established and growing Fintech firm is looking for a DATA ANALYST to join the team and make an immediate impact by managing data integrity and accuracy across departments to support informed decision making for corporate strategy.

The ideal DATA ANALYST  will bring 5+ years of experience in data analysis, Salesforce experience, Excel mastery, and the ability to collaborate with teams and team leaders to identify data analysis needs.

THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE WITH 3 DAYS EXPECTED IN OFFICE. IT IS NOT REMOTE.

DATA ANALYST RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee Salesforce products to ensure accuracy; identify trends and support partner efforts.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, events, and additional teams to proactively implement analysis standards and programs.
  • Manage ad hoc project requests, special projects, and related support.

DATA ANALYST REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of relevant data analysis experience, Bachelors Degree Preferred.
  • Technical proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, MS Office & CRM systems.
  • Demonstrated communication and relationship development experience.
