We are seeking our next culinary leader! We need a Chef who is highly creative, a team leader, good with numbers, and a collaborative creator. Candidates should be very engaged with their food and highly ambitious!

Executive Chef Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of culinary leadership, at least 2 years as Executive Chef
  • Full-service hotel or resort experience
  • Experience with fine dining, casual dining, and multiple different outlets
  • Extensive experience with Banquets and catering
  • Experience with menu and recipe development, including costing and pricing
  • Excellent guest-facing demeanor with a marketable persona

Executive Chef Responsibilities:

  • Manage the culinary team with consistency and integrity
  • Work in concert with the Director of Food and Beverage to ensure polished service at all outlets
  • Work with the director of sales and catering to ensure banquet and catering events are executed
  • Create specials and custom menus for events, catering, and outlets
  • Source local and specialty products and maintain strong vendor relationships
  • Manage Food Cost and labor cost to a budget without sacrificing quality
  • Other duties as assigned
