Kitchen Manager – Coastal Casual Dining | TX

About the Opportunity:

A well-established waterfront restaurant on the Texas Coast is seeking a seasoned Kitchen Manager to lead a long-tenured BOH team. Known for bold flavors and a laid-back coastal vibe, this high-volume operation values consistency, mentorship, and strong leadership.

Compensation & Perks

Salary: $60,000–$65,000
Christmas Bonus: $3K–$4K
Summer Pay Boost: +$100/week
Paid Vacation: Two weeks at Christmas
Relocation Welcome

Requirements

Proven KM experience
Exposure to $3M+ annual sales
Formal P&L and basic HR training
Ability to train culinary fundamentals
Familiarity with seasonal staffing and volume shifts
