We are a respected and positive restaurant group that focuses on our people, great food, and taking care of our guests. We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to help lead our team in an exciting Northside location. Assistant General Manager Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of restaurant management experience
- Systems-oriented hands-on leader
- Fast learner
- Community involvement
- Scratch kitchen experience
- High energy, positive attitude, high-volume sales experience in a fast casual restaurant environment
Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Managing daily operations
- Selecting, developing, and leading a team
- Oversees inventory and ordering supplies
- Ensures guests are satisfied with their dining experience
- Implement an ownership mentality and be the mayor of the room.
