A polished, chef-driven restaurant is preparing for an exciting relaunch, and we are seeking a General Manager to lead the transition. This is an opportunity for a bold, guest-centric leader to take ownership of a refreshed concept, shape the team culture, and deliver exceptional hospitality experiences.
General Manager Benefits and Compensation
- Competitive base salary $90,000 – $110,000
- 15% quarterly bonus based on revenue pool
- Full health benefits package
- Opportunity to lead a concept through renovation and relaunch
General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of GM or senior FOH management experience in upscale dining, chef-driven, or polished-casual concepts
- Proven experience in new restaurant openings, re-openings, or rebranding projects
- Strong leadership skills with expertise in staff training, team building, and retention
- Solid financial acumen, including P&L management, labor controls, and revenue growth
- Ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high service standards
General Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Knowledge of cocktails, bar batching systems, and beverage programs
- Track record of leading teams through change and transition (renovations, openings, or relaunches)
- Bold, bright personality with the ability to engage both staff and guests
- Passion for hospitality, with a hands-on leadership style
