A polished, chef-driven restaurant is preparing for an exciting relaunch, and we are seeking a General Manager to lead the transition. This is an opportunity for a bold, guest-centric leader to take ownership of a refreshed concept, shape the team culture, and deliver exceptional hospitality experiences.


General Manager Benefits and Compensation

  • Competitive base salary $90,000 – $110,000
  • 15% quarterly bonus based on revenue pool
  • Full health benefits package
  • Opportunity to lead a concept through renovation and relaunch

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of GM or senior FOH management experience in upscale dining, chef-driven, or polished-casual concepts
  • Proven experience in new restaurant openings, re-openings, or rebranding projects
  • Strong leadership skills with expertise in staff training, team building, and retention
  • Solid financial acumen, including P&L management, labor controls, and revenue growth
  • Ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high service standards

General Manager Preferred Background & Skills

  • Knowledge of cocktails, bar batching systems, and beverage programs
  • Track record of leading teams through change and transition (renovations, openings, or relaunches)
  • Bold, bright personality with the ability to engage both staff and guests
  • Passion for hospitality, with a hands-on leadership style
