Executive Chef Requirements and Qualifications
:
- Enthusiastic commitment to upholding standards, quality, and exceptional hospitality
- Proven history of hiring, developing, and motivating a team of 15-plus members
- Proficient in inventory management, scheduling, and procurement
- Previous involvement in a high-end restaurant with a $5 million annual revenue
- Must have seafood experience – shellfish, crustaceans, mollusks, and fish
