Executive Chef Requirements and Qualifications

:

  • Enthusiastic commitment to upholding standards, quality, and exceptional hospitality
  • Proven history of hiring, developing, and motivating a team of 15-plus members
  • Proficient in inventory management, scheduling, and procurement
  • Previous involvement in a high-end restaurant with a $5 million annual revenue
  • Must have seafood experience – shellfish, crustaceans, mollusks, and fish
