Executive Chef – Benefits and Compensation
- $115,000–$120,000 base salary with performance bonus potential

Executive Chef – Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a Michelin-level or James Beard-caliber kitchen
- Proven success leading culinary teams, curating menus, and executing consistently at the highest standard
- Strong expertise in food and labor cost management, purveyor relations, and inventory systems
- Skilled in staff development, coaching, and building disciplined kitchen operations
- Culinary degree or equivalent formal training preferred
- Flexibility to meet the demands of a world-class fine-dining operation
- Deep commitment to food safety, health standards, and uncompromising excellence
