Our client, a luxury hotel in downtown Chicago, is seeking a Banquet Chef to lead high-volume banquet operations with precision and excellence.
Banquet Chef Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $80,000–$90,000 DOE

Banquet Chef Qualifications:
- 3–5 years in a Banquet Chef role at a 4/5-star property
- Fluent in English
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Proven success in high-volume event execution
Banquet Chef Responsibilities:
- Lead and train banquet kitchen staff
- Execute BEOs with accuracy
- Communicate effectively across departments
- Maintain luxury standards in food quality and presentation
