The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical skills, a refined palate, and a deep respect for seasonality and sourcing. They will partner closely with the Executive Chef to execute innovative menus, uphold consistent standards, and inspire excellence across the culinary team.
This is an opportunity to join a group that values creativity, mentorship, and collaboration. The Sous Chef will play a vital role in shaping memorable guest experiences, cultivating talent in the kitchen, and ensuring that each dish reflects the distinctive identity of Max Hospitality.
Benefits & Perks for Managers of Max
- Earn PTO from day one: 16 days each calendar year (prorated based on start date). After 5 years, PTO increases to 21 days.
