Cafe General Manager Benefits:
- Base salary of $80-$85K based on experience
- 10% Bonus eligibility
- Health, Dental, and Vision benefits subsidized by the company
- 401 K with a substantial company match.

Cafe General Manager Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3+ years of progressive, prior General Manager experience
- Fast Casual Scratch Kitchen Experience needed
- A leader who works shoulder to shoulder with their team
- Solid tenure in previous roles
