Our client is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee and manage their operations near Madison. If you have strong leadership and manufacturing experience, we would love to hear from you!

Plant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead a safety-centric culture
  • Manage and lead operations, guiding, coaching, and directing all key functions
  • Responsible for operating performance, manufacturing functions, and financial reporting
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets while maintaining current customer relationships
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Plant Manager Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Operational Management
  •  A minimum of 5 years in a similar role in heavy industry
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to do financial modeling and budgeting
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate with people at all levels

Plant Manager Salary and Benefits:

  • Annual salary of $125k – $150k
  • EBITDA Bonus of up to $50k
  • 401 (k) plan with a company match
