We’re seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead a high-performing team at one of Nashville’s most beloved fast-casual restaurants. General Manager – Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of 3–5 years of GM-level experience in a fast-casual or full-service concept
- Demonstrated success in team building, financial oversight, and guest service
- Strong P&L management, labor cost control, and inventory experience
- Comfortable using modern POS, scheduling, and reporting systems
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Must Haves
- Lead a hospitality-first culture with high operational standards
- Hire, train, and develop a strong hourly and salaried team
- Take full ownership of scheduling, inventory, compliance, and performance
- Collaborate with leadership on marketing, brand execution, and new initiatives
- Be highly present and engaged on the floor, coaching in real time and elevating the guest experience
General Manager – Preferred Background & Skills
- Background in high-volume, quality-focused operations
- Passion for building teams and delivering consistent execution
- Strong community engagement and local store marketing experience
- A leadership style that blends accountability with motivation and empathy
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow alongside a scaling brand
