General Manager – Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of GM-level experience in a fast-casual or full-service concept
• Demonstrated success in team building, financial oversight, and guest service
• Strong P&L management, labor cost control, and inventory experience
• Comfortable using modern POS, scheduling, and reporting systems
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Must Haves

• Lead a hospitality-first culture with high operational standards
• Hire, train, and develop a strong hourly and salaried team
• Take full ownership of scheduling, inventory, compliance, and performance
• Collaborate with leadership on marketing, brand execution, and new initiatives
• Be highly present and engaged on the floor, coaching in real time and elevating the guest experience

• Background in high-volume, quality-focused operations
• Passion for building teams and delivering consistent execution
• Strong community engagement and local store marketing experience
• A leadership style that blends accountability with motivation and empathy
