A long-established restaurant in Prescott, Arizona is undergoing a bold transformation into a modern fine dining steakhouse. We’re looking for a hands-on, passionate operator to lead the charge—someone with the experience to guide a successful rebrand and the heart to run the restaurant like it’s their own.
Restaurant General Manager – Benefits and Compensation:
- Competitive base salary of $120,000 – $150,000, plus strong bonus potential

Restaurant General Manager – Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in a fine dining or prime steakhouse environment
- Demonstrated success in opening or rebranding at least two full-service restaurants
- Strong leadership and team development skills, with a passion for mentoring and retaining top talent
- Proven ability to manage P&L, budgets, and cost controls
- Guest-first mindset with a dedication to creating memorable dining experiences
- Willing and able to relocate to Prescott full-time
Must Haves:
- Experience taking full ownership of daily operations—from service flow to staffing to guest satisfaction
- Hands-on involvement in NROs or rebranding projects, including collaboration with ownership on design, menu, and concept evolution
- Comfort working in a high-touch, independent restaurant setting—not reliant on corporate structure or templates
- Ability to serve as both team leader and brand ambassador within the community
- Deep understanding of FOH and BOH systems, with the willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed
Restaurant General Manager – Preferred Background & Skills:
- Independent restaurant background (non-chain), ideally with elevated steakhouse or chef-driven experience
- Culinary or hospitality education is a plus
- Familiarity with high-touch service models and modern steakhouse trends
- Experience implementing new restaurant technologies (POS, inventory, reservations, etc.)
- Prior knowledge of the Arizona or Prescott restaurant landscape
