Licensed Loan Officers – Work From Anywhere

(Must be licensed in Florida, Alabama, Minnesota, or Texas – only one state required)

What You’ll Do

  • Client Guidance – Lead borrowers through the loan process with expertise and empathy.
  • Build Relationships – Deliver outstanding service that earns trust and referrals.
  • Loan Analysis – Evaluate credit and financial documents to determine loan eligibility.
  • Collaborate Across Teams – Work with underwriters to ensure smooth approvals and closings.
  • Grow Your Business – Generate leads and develop new sources of business.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven Experience – Background in mortgage lending, preferably as a Loan Officer or Originator.
  • Industry Knowledge – Familiarity with loan products, compliance, and lending procedures.
  • Strong Communication Skills – Confident, clear, and client-focused.
  • Tech Savvy – Comfortable with loan origination platforms and CRM systems.
  • Licensing – Active NMLS license in FL, AL, MN, or TX (at least one state is required).
  • Driven & Detail-Oriented – Able to manage deadlines and client expectations with precision.
