Our company is growing and we are looking for a multi unit leader with a background in fast casual restaurant operations and a deep understanding of the LA and Orange County markets to join us.
Area Operations Manager Responsibilities:
- Travel frequently to assigned locations to provide visibility and determine areas of business needing improvement.
- Staff, coach and develop General Managers and their teams.
- Implement initiatives to increase sales and profitability
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience
- Audit for compliance with brand standards and put safeguards in place as necessary.
Area Operations Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a multi unit leadership role with a fast casual background
- Demonstrated success overseeing a minimum of 8 locations
- Proven ability leading 10-12 direct reports and ability to develop internal talent
- Strong background with implementing and integrating systems
- Results-driven leadership style with a focus on hospitality excellence
Area Operations Manager Compensation & Benefits:
- A base salary of $120-$135K per year
- Bonus eligibility of up to 20% of base salary
