WHAT DO YOU NEED?

  • Full service restaurant experience in a high end seafood or fine dining restaurant of 5 years
  • Experience working in a high volume establishment
  • Personality to be mayor of our restaurant
  • Solid leadership and team building skills
  • Good understanding of the local market
  • Solid financial acumen
  • Strong tenure
  • Tech savvy – scheduling systems and POS
