Join a refined, full-service seafood concept known for coastal cuisine, exceptional service, and a strong presence in the community. We’re seeking a results-driven leader to oversee daily operations and elevate team performance.
General Manager – Benefits and Compensation:
- Base salary starting at $85,000+, depending on experience
- Performance-based bonus plan

General Manager – Key Requirements & Responsibilities:
- 5+ years of management experience in upscale or full-service dining
- Strong P&L, labor, and inventory management skills
- Proven ability to lead floor operations in a high-volume setting
- Skilled in hiring, training, and developing high-performing teams
- ServSafe Manager and TiPS certified (or willing to obtain)
- Proficient with POS and scheduling systems
General Manager – Preferred Background & Skills:
- GM experience in a high-end seafood or fine dining concept
- Familiarity with seafood handling and seasonal sourcing
- Experience with local marketing and events
- Ability to manage online reviews and delivery platforms
- Strong communication and leadership presence
- Knowledge of health and labor compliance standards
