Operations Director Requirements
- Willingness to travel up to 80% across multiple states (frequent overnight travel required)
- Proven experience launching and managing new store openings
- Prior role as a Multi-Unit or Multi-State Area Manager, overseeing 30+ locations
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and be on-call as needed
Operations Director Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in retail, QSR, or hospitality
- A data-driven mindset with strong analytical and operational acumen
- Exceptional leadership skills with a record of building and inspiring high-performance teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field
- Confident communicator with strong presentation and decision-making skills
