• Willingness to travel up to 80% across multiple states (frequent overnight travel required)
• Proven experience launching and managing new store openings
• Prior role as a Multi-Unit or Multi-State Area Manager, overseeing 30+ locations
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and be on-call as needed

Operations Director Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in retail, QSR, or hospitality
