We are searching for an Elite Lifestyle Community Restaurant Manager in the Sarasota, FL region. If you are passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience in an upscale community environment, a Restaurant, Pool & Cabana atmosphere, we want to hear from you!
Restaurant Manager Benefits/Compensation

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- Solid tenure — Consistent work history
- Upbeat personality — highly positive and able to coach
- Great communication skills and professional appearance
- Focusing on delivering fantastic food, great value, and amazing customer service
- Upscale dining service standard experience
Restaurant Manager Preferred Background/Skills
- 2-3 years of quick service dining experience
- Ability to lead a team and understand the hiring, training, and development process
- Understanding a profit and loss statement
- Overseeing a team of ten plus employees
- Positive Energy, Hit the ground running mentality
