Kitchen Manager Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise all kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Train, mentor, and develop team members to uphold food quality and consistency
  • Oversee safety, sanitation, and cleanliness in compliance with health regulations
  • Collaborate with leadership on food cost control, inventory, and kitchen efficiency

 

Kitchen Manager Qualifications

  • Experience in a scratch kitchen (preferred)
  • Proven success in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership with a positive attitude and a patient, hard-working approach
  • Commitment to excellence in food quality and team development
