Join Our Team as a Human Resources Director!
Our client is seeking an accomplished Human Resources Director to lead statewide HR functions in a full-time, on-site position located in the Greater San Diego area. Restaurant experience is a must

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification or other HR certifications (a plus)
- Minimum of five years of Director-level experience in managing an HR team with a solid generalist background in all areas of HR management, supporting at least 600 employees across multiple locations
- Experience with Worker's Comp cases and litigation
- Multi-unit experience in the restaurant industry is essential, as it equips candidates with the unique ability to navigate the complexities of managing diverse teams across various locations while ensuring consistency in HR practices and compliance.
- Preferred experience in the hospitality industry, especially in HR leadership roles
- In-depth knowledge of local, California, and federal employment regulations
- Strong interpersonal skills with expertise in conflict resolution and problem-solving
