Our respected Continuing Care Retirement Community client is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join its care team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in geriatric care, and committed to delivering high-quality clinical care in a resident-focused environment.

Registered Nurse Requirements and Qualifications:
- Must hold a current and active RN nursing license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Prior experience working with elderly populations in a clinical or long-term care setting preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care
- Demonstrated ability to show empathy, patience, and understanding when interacting with residents
Registered Nurse Preferred Background & Skills:
- Take part in daily care planning and help create personalized care plans
- Visit residents regularly to assess physical and emotional well-being
- Provide hands-on nursing care and assist with treatments as needed
- Collect lab samples and monitor vital signs (TPR, blood pressure, etc.)
- Ensure residents receive respectful, person-centered care at all times
- Monitor medications and treatment schedules for accuracy
- Work closely with physicians to coordinate care and rehabilitation plans
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain continuity of care
- Communicate with residents and families to support their needs
- Respond promptly to emergency calls in residential apartments
