Responsibilities of a Hotel Manager
- Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring excellence across all departments
- Lead sales efforts to drive revenue and maximize 30,000 sq. ft. of banquet and event space
- Manage key client relationships and develop new business opportunities
- Build, lead, and motivate department managers and front-line teams
- Maintain top-tier guest service and operational standards
- Collaborate with the corporate team to align strategy with performance goals
Qualifications for a Hotel Manager
- 3+ years of hotel or hospitality management experience
- Background in hotel and/or catering sales strongly preferred
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Confident decision-maker and self-starter with a strong track record of results
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must be flexible with availability—schedule adaptability is essential
