Are you passionate about scratch cooking, wine, and leading high-performing culinary teams? We’re seeking an experienced Full-Service Sous Chef to join a chef-inspired, driven, wine-centric concept that thrives on energy, excellence, and innovation. This full-service, upscale dining experience celebrates food, wine, and sustainability in a vibrant, yet relaxed atmosphere inspired by wine country. Sous Chef Requirements:
· 3+ years of salaried BOH leadership in upscale dining, polished, or fine dining setting
· Hands-on with a strong foundation in scratch cooking and high-volume kitchen operations
· Experience with restaurant corporate systems, P&L accountability, and team development
· Willingness to travel out of state for up to 10 weeks for training
Sous Chef Benefits:
· Competitive salary: $60,000–$68,000, based on experience
