Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook items to order on grill, fry, sauté, or cold stations
- Follow standardized recipes and portion control procedures
- Maintain prep lists and restock stations throughout the shift
- Communicate effectively with kitchen team and expo
- Keep workstations clean and organized at all times
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a line cook in a high-volume scratch-kitchen
- Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
- Excellent knife skills and attention to detail
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
