Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook items to order on grill, fry, sauté, or cold stations
  • Follow standardized recipes and portion control procedures
  • Maintain prep lists and restock stations throughout the shift
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen team and expo
  • Keep workstations clean and organized at all times
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience as a line cook in a high-volume scratch-kitchen
  • Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
  • Excellent knife skills and attention to detail
  • Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
