One of Iowa's most renowned long-term care, senior living organizations is seeking a Regional MDS RN to join the team. This organization is deeply rooted in the community and is looking for a professional, qualified, and caring RN for their openings. This is a hybrid position – travel to any of the locations as needed and work from the corporate office.
MDS RN Qualifications:
- RN license in Iowa and a minimum of 2 years in long-term care
- No less than 2 years of experience in MDS/RAI process, including RAPs/CAAs, Care plans with an EHR and an MDS scrubber program
- Completed or maintained Resident Assessment Coordinator Certification (RAC-C)
