If you've got experience in attractions and know how to keep guests smiling while teams stay sharp—you might just be our star!
What You’ll Be Owning
- Lead daily operations across multiple venues with a sharp focus on guest satisfaction and team performance
- Coach, mentor, and grow high-impact teams across departments
- Support company growth through operational excellence and smart scaling
- Keep things running safely, smoothly, and consistently—from box office to backstage
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure a standout experience from every angle
What You Bring
- 5–7 years leading operations in entertainment or attractions (ticketed experiences are a must!)
- A strong record of building, leading, and motivating teams
- Strategic thinking with an eye for detail and a heart for hospitality
- A get-it-done mindset, unshakable calm under pressure, and contagious enthusiasm
