FOH Manager Responsibilities:

Champion Operational Excellence

Ensure front-of-house operations consistently exceed company standards through seamless execution and attention to detail.

Inspire Team Leadership

Establish clear priorities, communicate effectively, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional performance.

Develop Talent

Coach, train, and mentor team members to cultivate a high-performing, growth-oriented team culture.

Elevate the Guest Experience

Foster genuine hospitality and oversee service to ensure every guest interaction reflects our brand values.

Uphold Quality & Compliance

Maintain rigorous standards in food safety, cleanliness, and service to ensure an exceptional and compliant dining environment.

FOH Manager Qualifications:

1–3 Years of Recent Management Experience – Ideally in upscale, full-service, or elevated casual dining environments.

Extensive Food & Beverage Knowledge – A strong understanding of wine and spirits is a must.

Proven Leadership & Staff Development Skills – Hands-on, proactive, and committed to mentoring and team growth.

Ability to Multitask in a High-Energy Setting – Confidently leads in fast-paced environments with composure and clarity.

Team-Oriented Leadership Style – Fosters a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
