We're seeking a passionate and energetic Assistant General Manager to join a fast-paced, full-service Asian-inspired restaurant known for bold flavors and a vibrant dining experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in high-volume environments and is ready to grow with an expanding brand.

Assistant General Manager – What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing front-of-house team
  • Create a positive, guest-focused environment
  • Coach, develop, and retain top talent
  • Collaborate with the GM to drive sales and manage costs
  • Ensure food safety and compliance standards are met
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement

Assistant General Manager Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of FOH management experience in a full-service setting
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience opening new restaurants (preferred)
  • Passion for hospitality and Asian cuisine

Assistant General Manager Compensation & Benefits:

  • $70,000–$75,000 base + quarterly performance bonus
