A Private Country Club in New Hampshire is seeking a strong Food and Beverage Director to join our team and lead our restaurant's operation, staffing, and training. We love Golf, but we are serious about offering our members the highest level of service paired with excellent food and beverage. We would love for you to join our team!

Food and Beverage Director Requirements
- 2+ years of prior restaurant, hotel, or private club experience
- Working knowledge of food and beverage
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to hire, train, and retain staff
- Servant-Leader Mentality
Food and Beverage Director Duties
- Actively work the floor with our team and interact with our members
- Perform monthly inventory
- Coordinate with our chef on menu design
- Maintain a clean and orderly space
- Write staff schedules based on forecasted business levels
- Ensure that proper orientation and training take place for all new hires
