We are looking for a strong Executive Assistant to join our family-owned tax firm to help us run the office and keep the team moving forward. If you have administrative experience in an accounting or finance firm, we would love to speak with you.
Firm Administrator Benefits:

Firm Administrator Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of accounting and payroll procedures, including experience in an administrative capacity in banking, an accounting or legal firm
- Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Experience with basic HR functions and office management
