Restaurant Manager Qualifications/Responsibilities:
- 1+ years of management experience in an upscale-casual environment
- Solid work ethic with a keen eye for detail.
- Guest-focused, calm under pressure, high-energy with a positive attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Cultivate meaningful guest relationships and build sales
- Mentor and coach staff through teaching and genuine care
- Develop solid teams guided by empathy and a people-first approach
