We are looking for an experienced General Manager for a high volume, fast paced quick service experience that offers fresh food to nourish your body! If that is you, this might be the role for you! APPLY TODAY!
QSR General Manager Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in a QSR fast food high volume environment
- Goal orientated with ease at handling multiple revenue streams
- Experience with caterings, delivery, take out, and dine in
- Proficient in clear communication, mentorship, coaching
QSR General Manager Responsibilities:
- Hire, Train, develop the staff
- Ability to grow sales and stay in line with budgets
- Software systems – POS, 3rd party tech, scheduling, etc
- Ease with jumping in the kitchen, on the floor, and excellent customer focus
QSR General Manager Benefits:
