Salary and Benefits

Salary Range– $ 95K-115 K

Bonus-5%

Health, Dental and Vision- 75% company paid

Vacation-3 weeks

Relocation– will be considered on a case-by-case basis

Chef de Cuisine Responsibilities:

• Lead daily kitchen operations for à la carte dining, banquets, and special events
• Develop and execute seasonal menus with a focus on fresh, local, and high-quality ingredients
• Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of all food items
• Supervise, train, and mentor all kitchen staff, including sous chefs, line cooks, and stewards
• Oversee ordering, inventory control, and cost management to meet budgeted food costs
• Collaborate with FOH management to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
• Uphold sanitation, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with health regulations
• Manage labor scheduling and ensure efficient kitchen staffing levels
• Coordinate with the Events team to customize menus for private functions, weddings, and club events
• Implement and enforce kitchen policies and procedures to maintain a disciplined, team-oriented environment
• Stay current with culinary trends and introduce creative specials and features regularly
• Act as a culinary ambassador for the club, interacting with members and guests when appropriate

Chef De Cuisine Qualifications

• Education- Culinary Degree or 4-year BS Hospitality preferred but not required
• Effective communicator and listener
• Coach, trainer and mentor
• Organized and detail-oriented
• hands-on working chef ( this is not an office position)
• Menu engineering and collaboration
