Take charge of financial operations at a fast-paced, vertically integrated real estate firm. You’ll oversee reporting, budgeting, and internal controls while leading a high-performing accounting team and optimizing MRI system usage. This is a prime opportunity to drive operational excellence in a company that values both expertise and leadership.

A CPA and background in real estate accounting are essential.

Real Estate Controller Requirements & Qualifications

• CPA with a Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Proficient in MRI and Excel with strong knowledge of GAAP

• 7+ years of real estate accounting experience

• Proven leadership and team development experience

• Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls

• Skilled in cash flow oversight and managing property-level accounting

Real Estate Controller Preferred Background & Skills

• Big Four public accounting background
