Director of Events and Sales Qualifications:
- 8+ years of high-volume, luxury event sales experience with large scale, high-profile events
- Demonstrate the ability to individually sell $7M+
- A strong network of diverse, high-profile clients
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and empower a diverse team to achieve common goals
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
