This role is ideal for a high-performing stragic leader who excels at multi-unit management, team development, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Director of Operations Benefits/Compensation:

Director of Operations Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience as Director of Operations or Director of Food and Beverage experience in multi-unit restaurants (4+)
  • 6+ years of progressive tenure in upscale or fine dining restaurant FOH operations
  • Strong leader and mentor with proven ability to retain teams
  • Expert financial acumen demonstrating best practices and strategies to drive profitability
  • Certified in food safety and alcohol safety and compliance
  • Excellent communicator with people-centric attitude with the ability to foster customer loyalty and empower teams
  • Strategic thinker who solves problems and drives results with team buy in and collaboration
