Meet Yugma

Yugma Raval joined Goodwin Recruiting in April 2024. She brings with her vast recruitment experience that varies across industry sectors such as aerospace, engineering, manufacturing, construction, biotech, pharmaceutical, healthcare, non-profit & publishing.

Yugma started her career as an HR professional and later found her true passion in recruiting. She has worked for RPO as a business operations manager, for corporate as an internal recruiter, and later on as an agency recruiter managing a full desk.

Yugma enjoyed her full-desk recruitment role the most, and that led her to partner with Goodwin Recruiting. She couldn’t be happier with her decision! Yugma believes that recruitment is all about building relationships with clients, working with their sense of urgency, and understanding their hiring needs and challenges. She also strives to be a champion of candidate experience and drives communication thoroughly and respectfully.
