Meet Stephanie

Stephanie joined Goodwin Recruiting in 2024, bringing a dynamic blend of sales, hospitality, and entrepreneurial experience. From an early age, she demonstrated a strong entrepreneurial spirit and intentionally pursued roles that allowed her to be both creative and technical. Her background in hospitality and client-facing sales gives her a unique understanding of what drives performance, culture, and long-term success within teams. As a Senior Recruiter, she not only identifies top talent but also provides consultative solutions that help clients achieve optimal results.

Before transitioning into recruiting, Stephanie built a diverse global career in the wine industry. After discovering a passion for wine, she made the bold decision to leave her management consulting role at PricewaterhouseCoopers to work her first harvest in Napa Valley. She later became a Napa Valley vintner and supply chain consultant, managing luxury wine brands from vine to bottle and through global sales networks. Her work allowed her to travel extensively, gaining firsthand experience in this international industry while focusing on identifying consumer trends, improving supply chain efficiencies, and building meaningful relationships through consultative problem-solving. She particularly enjoyed helping small and mid-size brands dramatically enhance performance.

Now at Goodwin Recruiting, Stephanie channels that same curiosity and solution-oriented mindset into positively reshaping the lives of both clients and candidates. Originally from New York, she splits her time between the Bay Area and Puerto Vallarta. She is energized by the conversational “ah-ha” moments when clients and candidates realize the meaningful impact they are about to make. Stephanie is highly regimented and intentional with both her personal and professional time, believing this is one of the greatest forms of respect she can show to her partners. Outside of work, she prioritizes wellness, enjoys staying active outdoors, and is always on the search for the world’s best tacos.
