Throughout her career, Dana held senior leadership positions in luxury and high-volume hospitality environments, including serving as General Manager at abc cocina by Jean-Georges, as well as co-owning and operating a farm-to-table restaurant and brewery. These experiences gave her firsthand insight into the complexities of running a business, the challenges of hiring the right talent, and the lasting impact that strong leadership can have on an organization.
While Dana has always been passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and building successful operations, she found that one of the most rewarding aspects of her career was developing people.
