Since beginning his recruiting career in 1999 and launching his own national recruiting business in New York City, he has built a reputation for delivering thoughtful, relationship-driven talent solutions. His approach is rooted in the belief that relationships with both clients and candidates are equally important, with a focus on understanding who candidates are, not just what they have done, to ensure meaningful and lasting placements.

Cris specializes in direct-hire placements with Class A organizations across the United States, focusing exclusively on career-building opportunities. His expertise spans administrative and executive support, operations, human resources, hospitality, facilities, and sales, serving industries including real estate, finance, advertising, consulting, IT, legal, academia, and nonprofit sectors.
