Qualifications

Bilingual in Spanish
2+ years as a chef in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
Scratch cooking experience
Basic understanding of food costs and kitchen operations
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
Solid tenure (no job hoppers)

Key Responsibilities

Support the Chef in daily kitchen operations
Maintain high standards for food quality, consistency, and presentation
Coach, train, and develop kitchen staff
Assist with inventory control, food cost management, and kitchen organization
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
