Operations Manager Requirements:

$4 Million+ in annual sales
People-first personality
Ability to think aggressively in new ways to attract future sales
Team-oriented
Dynamic leadership

Operations Manager Qualifications:

Understand profit and loss statements
Big picture viewpoint – but can manage to the details
Must be very guest focused
Foodservice background

Operations Manager Compensation:

$58-68,000 in salary based on experience
15% Bonus paid quarterly if KPIs are met
