We are seeking a SOUS CHEF to join our team!

Sous Chef Benefits:

Base salary ranges between $60,000.00 – $75,000.00

Sous Chef Requirements:

  • 5+ years of culinary experience either in a private club, resort or luxury hotel
  • Exceptional team building, and communication skills
  • Experience managing a high-volume,
  • Proficient in hiring, training, scheduling, and creating menus on a seasonal basis
  • Strong knowledge of current food trends and cooking methods
  • Helpful and willing to go the extra mile

Sous Chef Expectations:

  • Responsible for the highest level of food quality and presentation
  • Good communicator, always suggesting ideas and solutions
  • Ability to work shoulder to shoulder with the team
  • Must have excellent time-management skills and be a critical thinker
