We are seeking a BANQUET SOUS CHEF to join our team!

Banquet Sous Chef Benefits:

Base salary ranges between $60,000.00 – $75,000.00

Banquet Sous Chef Requirements:

5+ years of culinary experience either in a private club, resort or luxury hotel
Exceptional team building, and communication skills
Experience managing a high-volume,
Proficient in hiring, training, scheduling, and creating menus on a seasonal basis
Strong knowledge of current food trends and cooking methods
Helpful and willing to go the extra mile

Banquet Sous Chef Expectations:

Responsible for the highest level of food quality and presentation
Good communicator, always suggesting ideas and solutions
Ability to work shoulder to shoulder with the team
Must have excellent time-management skills and be a critical thinker
