Kitchen Manager – Great Growth Opportunity!

We are looking for a hands-on Kitchen Manager who is passionate about quality, consistency, and creating an amazing guest experience. If you’re a people-focused leader who loves team building and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume casual dining environment, this is the role for you!

This position functions at an AGM level and offers a clear growth path to General Manager with a successful and expanding big box casual dining restaurant group known for great food, a strong bar program, and a fun, team-driven culture.

Requirements:

3+ years of management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant (big box experience preferred)
Proven success in training, developing, and leading BOH teams
Strong knowledge of food safety, cost control, and labor management
Hands-on leadership style with a focus on people and performance
