Office Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in office administration or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of administrative and clerical experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Office Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Proficiency in Spanish a plus
- Experience in food production or food industry a plus
Office Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee general administrative functions and daily office operations
- Provide clerical support, including managing correspondence, mail, and document preparation
- Maintain inventory of office and kitchen supplies
- Manage insurance and documentation for company vehicles
- Handle vendor invoicing, quote requests, and coordinate facility maintenance visits
- Liaise with general managers and wholesale partners to resolve invoice and delivery issues
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emergency procedures and execute necessary documentation
- Support operational compliance and ensure accurate recordkeeping
