Our client, a growing and highly respected plaintiff-side litigation firm, is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex, high-impact cases in both state and federal courts, supporting attorneys who advocate for employee and consumer rights.
Paralegal Benefits and Compensation:
• Competitive hourly pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour, based on experience

Paralegal Requirements & Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in employment or class action law
• Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred
• Civil litigation filing experience required
• Strong understanding of legal terminology, court procedures, discovery, and trial preparation
• Skilled in drafting and filing pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Ability to assist attorneys in case preparation, client communication, deposition scheduling, and document management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal database software with strong organizational and time management skills
• Must be able to handle multiple deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced legal environment
Paralegal Preferred Background & Skills:
• Experience supporting complex litigation, class action, or wage-and-hour cases
• Detail-oriented professional with excellent communication, research, and client service skills
